Another speedometer question?

    Hi all!

I have changed my speedometer dials over and am worried that they may give me faulty readings regarding speed and rev count. I did do a fairly good job and have aligned them to zero when stationary, however the mph is under zero when stationary. Should i worry or did it resolve itself after refitting them?

    Thanks

Use a sat nav to tell you your speed and see if its out, failing that go through a speed camera

when i put my needles back on they were all slightly out. you have to take reference to where the needles were sitting at before you took them off. was a bit of a long process for me adjusting the dials, taking for a drive, adjusting dials, taking a drive.... etc

Surely you could just use a satnav, see how far out the speedo is.

Then from that adjust the needle accordingly.

Say the speedo is 5mph is out, measure the distance between 20mph and 25mph to get X, then move the needle forward X amount?
