funny you say that, as the central locking should only be from drivers side, not passengers.

yea i know thats all i kept getting when i was searching other than 'my doors locked and i cant get in the car' lol but mine is doing my head in now.

just a thought coz the bloke i got the car of had a smooth boot so he put in a button and just look and he has disconnect it from rest of the central locking, disconnect it from the boot would that stop it from working?

i got the one button remote central locking which has never worked and i got a reciever and transmitter and that didnt work so whats going on?

i put a standard boot on now and when i open it from the drivers side nothing but when i do it from the passangers side they all lock/unlock, WTF its doing my head in now some one help?

hard to explain, but i believe the wires for the central locking are going to the passengers door rather than the drivers door. boot and passengers should open separtly, and drivers opens all. as for the key fob, it will need re-programming at citroen garage, just make sure youve got your key code card.

oh ok then lol so where do i need to look to switch the wires round? aint got the key card, spoke to a bloke who had a saxo like mine he said he got a reciever and fob and it worked when he put it in so duno whats going on with mine? im getting brain strain from this lol

putting a new reciever and fob in shouldnt work as its the ecu sends the code to the imoblisor, all that does it transmitt the signal, to be picked up my the fob. erm not sure how you would re-wire it, only thing i can suggest is look in the haynes.

thats what i have been doing got major brain strain lol,why would it transmit it to the immobiliser? thought it would go to the central locking unit?
