Important! : re. - immobiliser

  1. #1
    have 2 immobilisers...
    1 thats a laserline fob,
and another one is which is a passcode located next to the handbrake.
Its gets very fustrating when your wanting to go somewhere quickly and you have to dab the laserline fob in twice which takes about 10 seconds to do...

The question/s i want to know is,
How secure is the laserline fob?
    How secure is the passcode?
If i wanted to keep the passcode, but de activate the fob so it doesnt work, but i still have the feature in my car too make it look like its working, how would i go about it?

Will put up pics if needed.
    Many many thanks.

pass code is better, the lazer line will be soldered in somewhere

But its probably easier to do away with the keypad

but the keypad takes about 2 secs to do
and the laserline is shit, hence why i wanna get rid of it.
