   depends if you know someone at a garage or not... get some quotes but around £100-150 for a decent job

   the bloke round my way wanted to charge me fooking £75 to spray a grill! So did it myself for £25 and looks pretty mint! If you feel like you can do it yourself pal give it a go, isn't that hard.

   true, it isnt hard spraying, its just the preparation before hand, and trying to get good even coverage and finish

   As above have a go yourself, spend your time getting it all prepped properly and take care when spraying, even if it goes tits up you've only lost 20 quid, best you'll get a bumper done for is £80...
