sensors..(temp,oil, warning lights)

   where are all the sensors found?.. i need to know so i can wire them in as i have split my engine loom for a conversion.. i need to know where the sensor is for...
   :- temp guage,
   temp warning light,
   oil temp guage,
   oil pressure warning light!..
   pics with arrows would be a great help!..
   any help would be apreciated!..

   I haven't a clue but do you have a Haynes manual? Should have all the information you need in there.

   temp guauge - blue connector on the thermostat housing
   
   temp warning light - same connector
   
   oil temp guage (does your car have one? on vts its either in the sump at the rear, or at the front ie comby with the oil level sensor.
   
   Oil pressure, round spade connector style sensor flat against the block above the oil filter.

   no gt had oil temp, you sure its not water temp

   correct me if i am wrong...
   the temp was on the left and oil is on the right?...

   its oil level not oil temp though isnt it? cant remeber mine ever doing oil temp.

   could be wrong though but can only remeber VTS having oil temp gauge

   vts ones are very simular to the ones in the mk2 gt!..
   only difference is the way the speedo is driven!.

    is this half way up the block?.
    to be honest with you mate the clocks i got are mk1 vts clocks (the ones with blue dails)..they are very simular to mk 2 axgt... i have just pulled out the speedo and done a cut and shut sort of job if you know what i mean!>..i used a zx casing and other parts !.

    yeah round connector half way up block with a spade for the connector.
