Tapping/odd rotating noise+ **runnin sweet since oil change

   On start up (cold) the left side of the engine makes a funny tapping almost rotating noise, like something is loose. (not as far as the cambelt/but seems like it from the very top of the engine, under oil cap)
   When warm this noise disapears...
   
   Is this normal? I no engines make noise, and other people have said theirs is the same but i thought i would check if anyone knew of any problems that may be underlying.........

   You have to take rocker cover out and adjust valve clearenc.

   my car is a bit of a rattle box aswell, aa guy told me it might be the cam belt needs changing?

   cant adjust the clearance there hydraulic. try an a professional oil system cleaner not the (shit from halfords) we sell good stuff in work its called power max oil system cleaner chuck fresh oil in once you drained and changed oil and filter and see if it makes a difference if not try lifter restorer and if that doesn't work get some new lifters
