new alloys and brake calipers

   i have recently bought a vtr as standard, however i want to put black alloys on it hopefully 16" with red brake calipers.
   
   
   how do i go about this as far as how do i get red brake calipers? do i get the current ones painted?
   
   and will 16" alloys fit on my car without me having to shave down my wheel arches?
   
   any advice appriciated

   yeh you can paint the calipers yourself

   i wouldnt want to spray paint them lol id get them done properly maybe powder coat or something.
   
   can i use the standard ones, what is recommended?

   Halfreuds do a high temperature paint that you can brush on, you can take the caliper off, if you know what you are doing or just paint what you can see

   yeh the halfords stuff is what i ment and its more like self leveling cus it doesnt leave brush marks once left for a bit
