Vts Conversion To 1.4 Car Brain

   Guys at the minute i have a vts engine which has just blew. and i have been told that i will get an engine fitted and bought of my sister in law daddys brother which will be just a normal engine 1.4 which was originaly in the car in the first place but i aint to sure about the computer brian will i have to change or buy a new one or will the vts just be a striaght swap with the brain of it.... or could anyone tell me if i can just do a striaght swap no worrys about any components as i am going to sell it after it is done the car had a vts engine in it but has gave to many problems as it was not fitted properly by the previous owner.......
