Air bag light not on!!

   I've failed my NCT (irish MOT) anyway failed on air bag light not bein on... any ideas how i can get it on without having to bring it to cirtoen. thanks

   do you mean when you turn your ignition on your airbag light doesnt come on mate? Im guessing NCT's must be different than MOT's as thats not a fail

   Ye it doesn't come on at all he said it should come on then knock back off ye over here its just a big money racket , he said it could be the bulb or disconnected??

   ah thats well shit, he is right it should flash on then go off, so there must be an electrical problem somewhere, are they bulbs in the dash or LED style soldered in?

   I'm not sure i'll have to check but first time i went in there was noting said about the air bags i failed on emissions got that fixed then brought it back now there saying this? i did un plug my air bags when i was trying to fit bucket seats in but i plugged it back in i havn't a clue at this stage.

   check every connector you have touched to begin with mate lol

   oh, and im sure someone on here will be able to help with what bulbs are in the dash

   A previous owner has probably removed the dials and taped over the light - they have a habit of coming on for no reason.
