fan not working properly

   ii my saxo fan is on permanent loom from batery and extra switch.
   last owner told me there was problem with fuse box so they have to wire it striaght to batery
   is any one experiance some think like that and is there simple solution to that.

   but do you know whats the problem with fan unit
   becouse i think its car forum not english lit.

   does the fan speed still vary using the heater switch??
