   I use them for track days, but want to do them another colour, which colour will suit gold the best?

   Black mate, seen it on a couple of Gold cars and it looks very good!

   black or polished not sure
   alot of people with black wheels, but they do look cool
   
   just had mine done a gun metal grey and they look spot on

   I would have said white but then I read/saw your car was gold so I went with black.

    do them gold like your car
