Clio 182 Cambelt Changed

    ok its time to change the belt/pulleys and core plugs on my 182 wheres best place to take it Renault? live in louth lincolnshire

    Dont forget the auxillary belt, always one of the first things to go taking the cam belt with it.

    find a independant renault specialist, it will be half the price

    I used a independant for all my work even on my R26

    eyup mate takt to r.s tuners in leeds he is the best renault specialist in the north. if you let him know your not from around there he will book you in and do the work in a day so u can go shopping around leeds ''2 min walk'' and come collect your car later that day he really is shit hot and knows his renaults they have there own clio 182 cammed and chipped running throttle boddies at 310 horse so they deffo know there stuff. he also built my brothers gf's dads supercharged 172 and never had any faults. and renault cahrge way more last time i went there with work it was £72 a hour. so ur talking big money mate.

    I reckon it's gotta be worth giving this fella a ring as he pretty much specialises is clio 1*2 cambelts. I know him pretty well and he's certainly clued up on the F4R's. I priced up a cambelt on a 172 with him the other day and apparently they have a special offer on at the mo meaning it's only 400quid supply and fit for both belts! Far cheaper than Renault and more likely to do the job properly. Give them a bell and have a chat.
