Grill problem

   Hi 2 days ago I primered my grill then yesterday I sprayed it but it went wrong. It seems as if it's gone darker red in the middle and not as red round the outside. I them had to leave it as I ran out of spray i put on about 3 coats. What should i do and why has it gone wrong. Do I need to primer it agen or not or should I just sand it dwn and put the red on agen. I don't no whether I need to primer it agen and what went wrong. Thanks

   Is it halfords paint??? These paints can sometimes suffer from blooming. I painted some plastic black a few months ago. Nice warm day, shouldn't be a problem until I discovered it dried patchy. I discovered that the high humidity from raining earlier was causing it. I ended up warming them in an oven and then doing it.....worked perfectly.

   Yer it was halfords paint. So what do u advise me 2 do how can I get a good finish. Also should I do the primer agen or not. Thanks

   If the finish was smooth then you can just paint over it again, thats all I did. Stick the grill in the airing cupboard or on the central boiler and warm it up.
   
   Don't spray it outside in this damp weather thats all. The best place to do it is inside but obviously the smell and risk of painting the kitchen side might get you hung. Giant dust sheet

   Haha I have a garage which is not 2 warm but not 2 cold will that be ok. So I should sand it get it smooth then put it in airin cuboard and paint it again. Will the primer still be ok as it's bin a few days.

   Primer should be fine. Flatting it off to provide a keying surface is a bad idea.
