Side badges - just sand down around the gap, then fill with fiberglass, then skims of body filler until smooooth then stopper putty to remove small holes

Fogs - either insert blanking plates, tigerseal them in, then fiberglass, then bodyfiller skims until smooth then again stopper putty to remove holes, if your not using blanking plates, mesh the back using metal mesh and use tigerseal and fiberglass, then build up the front with fiberglass.

Use as little filler and fiberglass as possiable, the fogs alot of people use the inserts from a 1.1 as said, the boot lock you can just plastic weld a strip of plastic behind the hole and a skim of filler over it but i have seen smoothed ones on ebay for like £15, all the metal is best to weld the holes then a skim of filler, less chance on cracking then.
