Oil Dip Stick

    Just double check before i go and buy wrong one.
    i bought an 16v engine. Was ment to be a 2001 pate gti engine in a 1997 shell im pretty sure its a later engine because its got the prongs sticking out of the front head where that eco valve thing sets.
    Appently theres 2 types of of dip sticks a long one and a short one. Dont want to get wrong one and my engine seizes up.

    Please could people advice me what one i need please

    Just had a look on SB and there is only 1

    Who told you there is 2?

    Theyre thick as fook lol

    There is TU5J4 vts/gti l3 & l4 bothe use same dipstick 117437

    And the TU5J2 / TU5JP rallye/vtr engine uses 117449

    Tell me about if people don't how to do there job they shouldn't be working there lol
