No key :(

   Right iv lost my key for my Vtr iv got a spare key with no chip is there any way I can take something out of the ecu my mate was saying something about it any one know???

   You will need a coded key of some sort. If you have the 4-digit security code that comes with the car I can code the key in for you. If you have no code you will need to go to the main dealer as ask for it.

   For my equipment to do it I will need the 4 digit security code that comes with the car. It is a credit card size plastic that is normally kept with the hand book but it is very likely that you do not have it especially if you purchased the car second hand. It can be got from the main dealer, now Bassets Citroen.
   
   It may also be worth giving an auto-locksmith a quick ring as they may had the kit that can get around the security software within the ECU.
   
   ....but yes, with the 4 digit code, I can program the key
