Hi, thought i had a braking problem on my saxo desire, then found i had a slight fluid leak on the caliper and a rattling cv shaft on drivers side as well as a rumble feeling on the acceloator pedal (linked the rumble and rattle together), so changed the calipers on both sides, tested the wheels were going round properly, even more fluid was hitting the arches on passenger side checked the pipe no split no fluid but i was coming from somewhere! Checked under the car and gear box on passenger side covered in fluid, Suspect it is gearbox fluid. Does this mean i have got the wrong cv shaft causing the problem or could it still be the both? no fluid on driverside of gear box! but you can see it rattling around when the wheels are off the ground. Passenger wheel not moving much when of the ground.... Passenger cv was changed around 6-8 weeks ago. Is my car knackered?
