#3Normally you do not have to remove the manifold as the IAC valve controls the airflow well before getting into the manifold.

#4do you mean the idle control valve, the small sensor at the rear of the throttle body??
if so disconnect the throttle cable, un-clip the 4 sensor plugs, 2 at the rear, 1 at the front and a grey one underneath,
then i think there is 3 torx screw (T25 i think) holding the throttle body on. undo them and remove them..
once off there are 2 torx screw golding the ICV on, simply undo and remove it -
