I got one in the centre consol atm but not really happy with it so just looking for ideas
what im trying to do is make a holder without actually modifying the bits of the car so when i come to sell i can just straight swap the originals back in
just wipped up this on photoshop,
what do you think? im trying to keep the airvent in some way working so i have a smaller vent in the shape of the apple logo with some mesh behind it, the holder would be made from plastic and making it isnt a problem cus i can borrow the laser cutter at school
also if ur interested, to hold the ipod there i am using a car ipod holder that i can screw into the plastic without modifying it at all.
and i cant be bothered to explain how the plastic is kept in place without glue or anything lol.

oh the apple logo is white purely so u can see it, the actual thing i make will just be a hole with the mesh behind it.
