MOT failed/question

   Had MOT today and it failed on the following:
   
   001 - Offside rear (to flex) brake pipe excessively corroded [3.6.B.2c]
   002 - Nearside rear Trailing arm has excessive play in a pin/bush [2.4.G.3]
   003 - Nearside rear suspension weakened allowing body or other component to foul a road wheel or would do so if laden [2.4.A.1]
   004 - Nearside rear (inner wheel arch) subframe mounting prescribed area is excessively corroded [2.4.A.2]
   
   Been quoted £270 for all that which includes another rear axle and some welding, does that price sound OK? Do I need a new axle?

   i think it is cheep i would check what kind of work they did
