amp not working

   just bought an amp off another member and went to fit it tonight and the amp isnt powering up tried everything and it just isnt working!!
   please help me lol!!

   Could be knackered ?
   
   Also are thier inbuilt fuses on the amp ? Check thier fine
   
   I bought an amp off someone on here before and tried everything and it wouldnt work. Was knackered so make sure and then contact who you got it off

   i have done,but got no reply,where would the fuses be? its a jl audio amp
