help with gti seats asap

   please any one that has done this swap help asap!
   
   putting 106 gti leather interior into my saxo vtr the seats dont seem to line up with the holes?
   
   i thought this was a straight swap?
   
   
   or do i need to put my saxo subframs onto the bottom of my 106 seats?

   the gti seats should have come with subframes on
