Conversion problems

   orite when i was reabuilding my vtr converted to vts by previouse owner,
   i seen it was on a single plug ecu, but my cars a 51 plate so shurely it should be the mk 2 engine that should have gone in it?
   
   anyway are the mk1 driveshafts the same as the mk2
   and are the gearboxes the same?

   same gearbox and same d/shafts
   
   and yep for a plug and play you would go for a newer 3 plug engine but it doesent matter its obv been done right if you havnt had any problem with it

   so the vts and vtr clutch and driveshafts are the same dimension but vts has different gearbox internals?
   
   also do the mk1 and mk2 both have a 200mm clutch?
