Steering ball joints need help

    so basicly i'm changing all the ball joints on my car,

    but i can't see wich ones for the steering to get, i have these 2 refrences and details.

    Rotule de direction FEBI BILSTEIN : 10659
    PROKIT

    # Filetage extérieur [mm] : M 10 x 1,25
    # Nombre de pièces nécessaires : 1
    # Poids [kg] : 0,367
    # Endroit d'assemblage : côté conducteur + passager av.
    # Endroit d'assemblage : essieu avant
    # Endroit d'assemblage : à gauche

    Rotule de direction FEBI BILSTEIN : 10660
    PROKIT

    # Filetage extérieur [mm] : M14 X 150
    # Nombre de pièces nécessaires : 1
    # Poids [kg] : 0,344
    # Endroit d'assemblage : à gauche
    # Endroit d'assemblage : essieu avant
    # Endroit d'assemblage : à droite

    but the thing i don't get is the M14 on one side and the M10 on the other ? can some one please inlighten me ...
