Saxo VTS alternator part number

   Does anyone know the part number of a VTS alternator for a Citroen Saxo VTS, V reg 99. Im trying to find an uprated alternator and need the part number
   
   so any help is appreciated

   There is more than 1 alternator on the VTS mate.
   
   Is it a valeo unit?

   Theres a few different models depending on the year of the car.
   
   Main difference is the type of belt they have.
   
   Best plan is to phone citroen or a car accessory shop and quote your registration / chassis number.

   Mate there are about 30diff part numbers depending if its Valeo, magnetti marelli or a denso unit.
   
   Can't work off your details sorry. If you need people to help you, you need to atleast start off by helping them with more info
   
   If you ring citroen up with V reg 66 VTS they will fob you straight off

    Should be 5705X2.
    
    However, the details you gave me have come up as VTR 90 (mk1 engine). Unless obviously you had engine changed?

    i had a vts conversion. but the details i gave are from a vts as im looking at the details on rac website

    thanks gotta get me decent uprated alternator now. seems as though the standard saxo alternator aint no good when dealing with power hungry systems
