Important! : Angel Headlight Issue/Query (with pics)

hi all,

have a query about how my angel headlights have been wired up.
As you will see from the pics :

When i turn my sidelights on, i get a three strip (appears to be LED) of light come on in th emiddle which makes the rings light up. (No issue when its dark lights are perfectly visible with just sidelights on)

However, when you look at the pic of the headlights, im pretty sure that the top left light (above indicator) is meant to be wired in so that also comes on when the sidelights come on (could be wrong) Checked behind it and nothing is wired into it as you will see from the other pic, but the connector attached to the headlight is a two prong one and after looking around where the wiring is i found a three prong yellow connector not attached to anything. This was the same case for both sides.

Please could someone help with clearing this up

the yellow one is your headlight level adjust motor thingymabob. you probably won't need it

it looks like the usual sidelight plug though to me.

I'm 99% sure that it is supposed to come on with your side lights but alot of people dont wire it in so the rings are more visible at night.

Personally i wouldnt wire it in as my MK1 angel eyes dont even have the option of an extra bulb as well as the rings.
