Important! : S2 Rallye box fitting!

  1. #1
I am about to buy an S2 Rallye Box off Ebay, but I have read that people check the codes that are on the box to make sure it is definately the gearbox the seller says it is..

Can anyone tell me how to do this if I get the code off this guy??

    Cheers!

Do a search there is a thread somewhere on where to find it.
Or check the suzukituning.co.uk website which has a breif guide to the gearbox codes but also shows the plate where the code is.
Its on the front of the box and is a flat rectangle shape. Its where the box meets the engine. Cant realy describe it tbh.

Most of the codes can be found on SSC

Sorry to bump my thread, but Does the fitting include all the linkages being the same etc etc etc? There is 0 problems just whacking it on?

You can re-use your old linkages providing the rubber in them isn't buggered. It's a straight swap mate, nothing to worry about.

My Rallye box has a VTR box code. Sleeper style... lol
