Car won't start!!!!!!

   Got a bit of a problem with the vts. I've been at uni for 6 weeks, went home last thursday and it started fine.
   
   Went to start it monday and it was dead, so i jump-started it and left it running for over an hour and would then start by itself after that.
   
   I then drove 200 miles in it, stopping on the way and all was fine. Left it parked outside my uni house over night and now it is dead again....!
   
   I know its either the battery or alternator, just a pain in the ass.

   check to see if it is charging if it is then test the battery

   I would say battery. As you have driven and the alternator has charged allowing you to start again in a short period off time. After a long period of time you cant start the car so I would recommend a new battery. You can get brand batteries delivered for £39.99

   turned out the battery was sparking on the positive terminal, took it on and off, now works fine? very random....
