#4Depends what your looking for, performance or noise.
If your looking for increased performance you should buy an enclosed induction kit like green or a bmc,
these are around £150
If your looking for greater noise, buy an open kit such as piperx, green or k&n for around £80 -
#5power= BMC, Green Enclosed, Piperx Viper etc
noise, Piperx, K+n, Green Cotton
Panel Filter, as noise filter brands
All depends on what you want mate power or noise. -
#6haha, cant belive we wrote the same at the same time, we both most be bored.

#9you guys got any preference when it comes to type an make of induction kit?
-
#10depends on what saxo it is really if its a furio/westcoast or 1.1 id just go for a open filter px/k&n etc
if its a vtr/s id go for a enclosed kit like the bmc cda or the viper to enhance performance -
#11thats about it really!Quote:Originally Posted by arrandepends on what saxo it is really if its a furio/westcoast or 1.1 id just go for a open filter px/k&n etc

if you have a 1.1/1.4 i'd go for an open one, your not going to see much difference with an enclosed one!
if you want one for noise, go for a piperX, thats what iv got on my VTR!
but i got it not really knowing much about induction kits,so if you want a good enclosed one, go for a BMC, they seem to be the most recomeded! -
#12cheers again guys, i have a vtr and am just using it for driving around, daily use kinda thing. hmm i do like the noise, plus the old bank balance aint to high just now especially with the insurance installments. im not in a rush anyway an i'd like to make the right decision so i'll have a think check up on some makes.
