   I have a saxo LX and i have a speedo and a clock will i beable to fit another speedo and a rev counter instead of the clock and will it work?

   This is not worth the hassel as you have to get clocks from the same year and dismantle them completely to swap them over.
   You would be better getting a full set of dials from a car of the same year that has the rev counter as standard and swapping them over.

   To break that down, just swap the whole unit.

   I have a hole new set of Dials so i have taken my old ones out and i have connected the new ones up and the new clock works but the rev counter dont work? how do i get the rev conter to work?

   lol did you literally just swap the dials over and plug it all back up?
