   Anyone know how to get to these once they've dropped inside the door strut?

   do you mean get them out if the wires have fallen off?
   
   never looked, but if ya peel back the carpet/stick ya head up by the bottom of the dash, is there a hole there you can get your hand in there? either that or you'll have to try and hook them out some how from the door pin hole

   usually you're buggered, did the same on my fiesta and had to do without! you should tie the wire in if you need to change the switch
