All lights flash on dash

   just been for a drive and all of a sudden all the dash lit up, every single light came on. Then after about 5 seconds went of again. what could this be? anything to worry about?

   could be anything mate you just dont know with electrics, have you tampered or done anything with the electrics at all even if its changing a fuse?
   
   If not check all the fuse cables arnt broke/damaged or loose. My ECU and ignition light came on cos a earth lead was loose on the engine block, can be that simple

   definatly something to do with electrics then? No, not messed with electrics since i put new radio and speakers in about 4 months ago.
