quick wheel offset query...

    standard wheel offset is 35-37

    so if another wheel had offset of 25, would a 10mm spacer be required to match the standard wheel?

    Yes ...

    Saxo fitment is 15-18, my wheels are ET35, so i'm using 20mm spacers.
