Is there any easy way to check if it is faulty or not? I have problems with my engine revving up high and think this may be the problem. When you take off the air filter and put your hand of the throttle body it seems to be tking way to much air through the top bit? which i belive is the bit that controls the idle. When you cover it slightly it revs normally but otherwise revs relly high. I tried cleaning the ICV and it still has the problem. And when starting the car without it on it revs even higher? Any ideas?
