Drivers side driveshaft

   In the process of putting in a new gear box, but the drivers side driveshaft will not come off, it's not attatched to the gearbox and it's away from the disk.
   
   Does the engine have to be at a correct height/position? as it's off one engine mount and is slighty tilted.

   its prob the intermediate bearing holding the shaft in place, you only have one on the drivers side

   yeah sounds as if you havent undone intermediate bearing. Its 2 bolt/screws holding it in place. Think they are either 8 or 11mm, cant remember.
   
   It should then slide out once you have undone them.
