What are the best lowering springs?

    Ive been looking at these on eBay there only £45 but then again 'you get what you pay for'

    well jamex springs are crap

    gmax/spax are decent

    Eibach are the best but one of the most expensive.

    gmax and pi are not jamex, jamex springs are crap and never lower the amount they should do wereas gmax and pi do

    depends what you mean by best.

    Ebaich in terms of build quality. they are standard spring rate iirc, expensive for what they are.
    D.Faulkner make very good quality springs custom to what you request iirc £75

    Cheapness and still decent, spax and apex are good < which is probably your best bet.

    Springs on the front , you need to adjust the tortion bars on the rear
