Alloys with flat spots?

   I'm looking to buy some alloys and 2 of them have what the seller describes as flat spots, causing vibration when driving. He said they will need heat treatment to be repaired.
   
   Does anyone have any experience doing this and if so, what's the going rate? Worth the hassle?

   it can be done but alot of hassle, best contacting a few wheel refurb places near you
