Looks to me like a standard VTR wheel with a plate bolted to it.

Cant be as they aren't solid centred.

Vtr wheels are solid centred yet this one clearly has a hole in the middle.
Notice how the standard wheel has no hole in the centre.

oooooh right so like the centre cap is missing sort of thing ??
so what do you recon photo shop or what?
I can tell you exactly what it is, its a normal vtr wheel with a bead protector on it, So you can run super large tyres with really low pressure in them and then that metal seat stops it from coming off of the rim, if you have alook at some rallycross cars they use it alot, even seen 205 gti speedlines with them on.
But i can tell you for certain that is what they are meant for. There not "split rims".

Not impossible to mill the centre out though. You can still see the original lip of the centre detail around the hole between the bolt holes.

I was going to do similar to this with 205 rims but buy bbs dishes and machine the wheel at work it wouldnt be hard tbh
