Polishing rocker covers

    stuck with finding the autosol stuff to clean my rocker covers with and wheres the best place to pick up sand paper couldnt find alot of grades in halfords thanks Matt

    most motor factors should sell them mate for polishing your only going to need from 800 up though. and i would invest in a polishing wheel from screwfix takes away all the boring bits and gives a way better shine just put it in a drill they even come with polishing compounds and then finish off with some silvo / brasso then wax them to give them some protection and luster.

    or beter dont wax it just laker it.becouse it will rust again.

    you wont get as higher luster if you clear coat it thats why all the vw guys never clear coat the split rims as they look better if you dont. and if you keep upto them and polish them regular using a good ali polish then they will look good for a long time the more u polish the better they look.

    One polished add a good aluminium sealant.....then you wont have to polish them as much.
