fitting a heat exchanger to an early vts engine

    can this be done? as i have a vts engine and it does not come with the heat exchanger and as i thought the cooler the better

    if yes then how? what do i need?

    on a side note! lol what size is the crank pulley bolt?

    you need the cooler/exchanger and the adaptor, plus top hose with the hosing for the cooler

    got a cooler here but no top hose, seem to remember front pulley bolt is 22mm

    For a chuckle I rang cit today for a few bits turns out they want nearly 350 for the heat exchanger! I think I may be gettin a second hand one lool

    Iirc lee never had one on when he had it

    should run fine without a cooler anyway, 106 gti's do.

    only on the saxo's due to the crappy front bumper

    dont worry about it mate! loool i think i sorted one! only going to fit one as i have too much time on my hands!

    can i still use the same oil filter after fitting one? cheers
