window bubbling

   basicly you knwo the bit of black stuff betweenthe front side window and back side window, well mine is like bubbling and falling off, how can i replace or fix this?

   pull it off use a hairdryer to heat it up 1st tho and the get a new 1 from citroen or 1 off ebay that says saxo on it or VTR VTS i paid a 10er for my saxo pair
