-
#8get a technical drawing and then ask some local engineering places. It wouldnt be much.

#10You pay for qaulity these days... not cheap ass stuff. Turbo flanges get very hot. Remember that.
dont do a half job, do it properly! -
#11the guy has done a couple now, they have both lasted over two years so that will do me. sort of a freind of a freind if you get me
-
#12cant justify having ££££ in a saxo tho, the job he will do will be spot on. seen the other two hes done and the welding is of really high quality.

#13Cituning turbo manifold are not that bad cost wise, check out there site for more info.

#14your mate turbodoc from blackpool way ain't it?
either way if you are getting a flange just make sure its thick enough so it doesn't warp when welded pretty sure you can get some off ebay now the generic T2/25 ones -
#15The cituning ones are actually milltek? (looking from the tag on it)
-
#16miltek make the mani's and downpipes for cituning
-
#17if you do get a flange made you can get it done 12mm thick and have it skimmed after welding to make sure its flat.

#18no its not chris thats doing it, its some old guy whos been in the game for years. how much are cituning mani's? would sill have to make a flange for it to fit a td04 though
