No fast idle

   Hi wondered if anyone could help me. I have recently bought a saxo 1.1 and i am having trouble with no fast idle on a morning. It wont start without pressing the accelerator and cuts out. It then idles at 500 rpm. I have changed the plugs and fuel filter but it has made no difference. The fast idle starts working when it has been running a couple of minutes. I wondered if anyone else has had this and knows the cure. I have even tried spraying injector cleaner direct into the injector. I would be grateful if anyone knows the answer as its driving me mad.    ICV is sticking. its on the left of the inlet manifold, under where the throttle cable leads to

   whoops, meant to say
   
   either get a new one, or take it off and spray some wd/carb cleaner on it. normally they get gunked up and stop working!
