   Apparently its pretty good and supposed to reduce friction and wear, but other than that an oil (Castrol magnatech) and filter change would be better tbh

   ZX1 extralube is also good , i put some in a lawn mower you could hear the tickover rise

   better off taking a big shit in your engine! stuff does fuck all. better off giving the car a good service with a flushing oil then using the best filter and oil you can afford.

   If you engine has quiet a high milage then it might make a difference but nothing noticable. But it's up there with the most reputable stuff out there imo

   It does nothing. Service your car properly using a decent oil and most likely your engine will be happier.
   Do some reading and make up your own mind.

   Regular oil and filter changes with a good oil flush beforehand will do far more than any additives out there.

    yeah i did an oil and filter change with a good flush not so long ago. just saw this and thought i would get opinions, heard it can reduce the noise of the engine aswell ?

    no mate its all shit if you have a good oil in the engine there is no need to put this shit in it half the time its just petroleum distillate so just makes your oil thicker making your engine quieter but less efficient at lubrication. better just to stick with a good oil and regular oil and filter changes.

    As people have said don't bother. Just think about it for a second. We are talking multi billion pound oil companies that spend more on development then most small countries make. Do you really thing some small company could come up with a magic additive you can simply add to any oil no matter what it contained and what viscosity that cam just make it better? If you want good oil buy good oil but don't wast your money on additives.
