Hi spec brakes 283mm-297mm

   Evening people,
   
   I'm thinking about buying some Hi-spec 4pot brakes off a mate,
   
   I know they're usually 283mm discs but I was wondering if I could keep my WP 297mm discs, would they clear the calipers?
   
   other then asking on here, I couldn't find any info on this?
   
   any help is welcome.

   Only way you probably could would be the carriers being different so sit the caliper out away more, if you could get the size that would work could get a engineering place to make them up maybe. I dont think you would see much difference in doing this though.

   as above you could get someone to make you an extra spacing block but i personally wouldnt bother and would just use the 283mm disks
