phone cobra up and ask them when the factory sale is!!

its normaly the frst weekend or so of december
you have to go to the factory in Telford but you get some decent bargains and if you ask them they show you around the factory

I would highly recommend the ones on the link Ben has given from rallydesign. The maximum protection seats are the ones I have. Exactly the same as a Sparco Pro2000 just without the manufacture name on the seat. I've had mine a year or so now and still looks new after every day use. Nice and comfy too. I've had cobra monaco's before these and they were total shite, for £117 or whatever it is a seat, they are bargains! Obviously cobra evolutions or corbeau revolutions are much much better but there over treble the price..

Sounds good, might be able to get a pair of evolutions then rather than just one and a cheaper passenger. Cheers!

I was thinking about them RD seats but read on rally reg earlier this year the quality aint as good the fabirc stretches or fades? Not sure if it was just a fussy guy though or they genuinly were. Might have been 106owners.

For the price the corbeau revs are on eBay may aswell get one for drivers and maybe a RD seat for passenger.

Demons tweaks selection has almost halfed by the look of it and prices gone up a fair bit

Yeah I read that too. Mine seems to be fine a year in. I think the guy who was complaining bought red seats, and red always seems to fade no matter what.

Yeah thats what I'm thinking of doing, buying a proper seat for the drivers side. Something like a evolution or revolution.

I went to the cobra sale last year but they didn't have anything decent really as most of the staff seemed have bought all the good seats. There were a few bargains though, just didn't have the money on me at the time .

True, not sure why he bought red anyway lol, black is the only choce imo!

Evolutions are good for the money. Il check weights now aswell.

Any idea if they have much selection at the cobra sale before everythings gone? Like 20 seats or is it absolutley loads? Il have to give them a ring, few weeks to save for a set!

9.5kg for the Cobra Evolution wth GRP shell
    9.2kg for the Corbeau Revolution

Guess its down to which ever you find suits you better, the Revolution is pretty comfy not sure about the Evolution though.

Am i weird, in that my passenger seat costs more than my drivers seat?
  11. #11
Whcih have you got? Thought you had a pair?
  12. #12
I have a circuit, and for passenger a circuit plus. As few people under the sun can fit in the drivers seat lol
  13. #13
Thats a point, hopefully the cobra sale seats aint all XXXXXL or something

How do you find your sparco's? Did you try any other seats?
  14. #14
More people buy the larger seats than the smaller seats. I'm a slim fucker and i'm a perfect fit. So average joe is going to want the plus. Even though i had to wait 6 months for sparco to make mine. ghhrrrrrr!!!!!
Another issue with larger seats is this:
