De-cat

   hi ive bought a de cat pipe.. on the end that bolts on.. there a wire type material.. is this a gasket? if so will i need to replace it before fitting as it looks really crushed and worn out..

   Yeah that's the fire gasket thing for the connection to the fanimold. If it's knackered just get a new one mate. I know you can get packs with new bolts etc. as well off www.kamracing.com, or try ebay or something

   think it will,
   as i need a new one aswell, and i was looking at popping tomorrow see if that would fit, think it will the gasket its self will aint sure about the clamp though not that i need it

   Theres difference sizes aswell so take ur old one or keasure it ajd go to a garage or exhaust fitting place.
