Any one know best place to wire up neons to the saxo and any one know any step to step guides on how to do it. Never touched auto electronics so total ametuer. Thanjs in advance

Put your hand up under the dash from the passenger side foot well and take the plug out of the ciggarette lighter. Then cut the wires going into it a put them from the mains into one side of the block, then the other end which has been cut off into the other side, along with the wiring for the foot well neons.

i have an easier way

unplug the cig lighter
and push the bare wire(neon) into the hole of the cig plug
and use switch to test, then tape it up, its the same as crimping the wires together but u dont cause any damage

i have found the cigarette lighter round the back but i cant get it out. There is two clips on the side i am pushing together and pulling at the same time but its not budging!

just use scotch clips. hard to explain really! simply clip positive neon wire to the clip and literally clip this onto positive wire that goes to dash lights (that lights up heater controls!) and use another clip to attach negative(neon) to negative wire of dash light.

this way your neons come on when you put your sidelights or headlights on I.E. WHEN ITS DARK!!!

i used an inline switch aswell and put this in the 'ashtray' as i dont smoke anyways! so i could turn them off if needs be!
