did the headgasket 800 miles ago an everything has been fine but I had to change the plastic water pipe at the back of the engine about 100 miles ago the one the bottom rad hose goes to, but basicly my problem is all my water keeps dissapearing every day, the heaters go cold if I put some revs on i get heat again an when I check water its all gone so have to put more in an everythings fine till the next day

    Any ideas?

Check all the coolant hoses for leaks top up cooling system then bleed it.

Also check for small leaks in the rad. I had one right in the bottom left corner that you couldnt see until you took the rad off. I could only see a small amount of water coming out when I had a proper look. Is there any sign of water coming from your rad cap also as this can come from a sticky thermostat causing the pressure to build up and the water has nowhere to go when hot except out of the pressure controlled cap.

I have noticed the breather pipe that goes from inlet to rocker cover is disconnect at rocker cover side as its broken an water seems to be sprayed about a tiny bit, no smoke from exhaust or water through it just this loss of coolant

Do you mean your oil breather pipe?

If everything else looks ok on the cooling system then get the radiator pressure tested at a garage.

dropped mrs at work n I filled the water up then noticed it was pooring out the joint on the pipe with the bleed nipple (left hand side of inlet) its coming out the joint with the little metal clip any partical way its all ment to go together? Are the to pipes ment to clip together before the little metal clip goes on?

Have you got a pic mate?also sometimes with radiator hoses if the end of the pipe has frayed or has a hole in it etc you can trim off that piece & rejoin the pipe(assuming theres enough there to do it)
