what is the difference between quicksilver suspension and rallye/gti/vtr/vts suspension??

   i know the rear has thicker beam/struts/torsion bars and arb but what is the difference on the front??
   
   is if just the ARB and springs/shocks?
   also will a 106gti/rallye or saxo vtr/vts arb fit my 106 quicksilver (yes i know i would need new bushes but i need them anyway).
   
   
   any advice would be great

   Torsion Bars and ARB are the same size at the rear as the other models. S1 Rallye and GTI have thicker ARB at the rear 24mm.
   
   For the front: only difference is the ARB size on the 106 to the saxo.
   
   What exactly are you trying to gain or improve?

   well i need new drop links (i think they are called) and i need new arb bushes so i fort would it be a big improvement if i got a thicker arb like off a vtr/vts as im practicly taking the arb off so would be no more hassle to change over.
   
   i was hoping to stiffen everything up abit more as it seems to be all over the place at the moment on bumpy roads but like i said i do need all them parts and 2 rear shocks.

   Yeh, its the drop links that connect to the ARB and often need replacing. Well a ticker front ARB will make things stiffer in a way but will increase understeer having a thicker one at the front.
   
   Its ok a 2 min job though, so try it and if you dont like it swap back - all VT kitted models have the same size ARB irc, some 106 are thicker.
